How can I use CBD oil products?
CBD oil products are available in a wide range of presentations such as drops, creams, capsules, and salves, to provide you a choice of how to use them to suit your needs and lifestyle best.
Below is a brief explanation of the different types of products we offer, and how you could use them.
CBD oil, drops, and tinctures.
These CBD products are supplied in liquid form in a bottle with a pipette to measure out the required number of drops. These are most commonly used sublingually (under the tongue) or can be added to other foods to easily incorporate them into your daily nutrition regime; for example, added to post-workout protein shakes, salad dressings, smoothies, or start the day right with a drop in your morning cuppa. The oils can also be used directly on your skin- why not try adding it to your favourite moisturiser for an extra boost after a shower or pop a few drops in a bowl of warm water for a post-run foot soother?
CBD balm,salve,and cream.
Balms, salves, and lotions are applied directly to the skin to target inflammation, redness, pain, and soreness. The benefit of using a topical product is that the CBD oil is delivered right to the affected area to provide fast relief from symptoms- also the gentle massaging motion while being applied provides a soothing experience and ensures the product can penetrate the skin’s surface to get to work.
Capsules and tablets.
Capsules and tablets are a convenient way to get CBD into your diet daily. Each capsule or tablet has an accurate specified amount of CBD in mg according to which strength you choose (no need to worry about counting drops, or could be used with a tablet organiser to make sure you don’t miss or forget a daily dose). As these are supplied in convenient plastic containers they can be kept in a bag or pocket for use on the go, cannot accidently leak, and are discreet to use when out and about.
